Inquiry Manager

The Inquiry Manager is now available to everyone, as a module of its own: it does not require an Affiliate Dashboard plan.

When a sale is missing or was declined, you file an inquiry once in Strackr, and Strackr delivers it in that network's own format: through its API, its FTP server, or a file ready to upload. You can now:

• File inquiries from one form that adapts to the network, or from your own application through the API.
• Send them manually, or automatically every day, week or month.
• Follow the answers in one place, confirmed, pending or declined, with the advertiser's own reason, on the networks that report them.

Twelve networks are supported, including Awin, CJ Affiliate, Impact.com, Rakuten Advertising and Tradedoubler. During the private beta, publishers had more than €5 million in sales re-credited this way.

The module starts at €50 per month for 500 inquiries sent, and can be added from Settings → Subscription.
