Affiliate tracking fails: an ad blocker, a cookie policy or a checkout that strips parameters, and a sale your user made never reaches the network. Or it arrives with the wrong amount, or the advertiser declines it. Every network lets you ask for that commission back, and every one of them does it differently.

The Inquiry Manager turns those per-network processes into one. You file Inquiries (also known as Claims) from one form that adapts to the network you picked, send them in one upload, follow the network's answer in one report, and the confirmed sale lands in your Affiliate Dashboard as a transaction.

Who It Is For

The module is built for publishers whose users expect a transaction to be tracked:

• Cashback sites and loyalty apps, where every missing sale is a support ticket and a balance to correct.
• Coupon and voucher sites, where an untracked sale is lost revenue even when nobody complains.
• Content publishers with a support team, who want a tracked workflow instead of an email to the affiliate manager.

If you chase a handful of missing sales a month by hand, you probably do not need it. From a few hundred inquiries a month, it pays for itself.
