TradeDoubler format date

We have updated the Tradedoubler connection to add a format date, you will have to update your connection to select the correct format, you will find more information in our documentation.

Update times

You can now have access to the daily and transactions status update time on the top right of the Monitoring page:

New CJ's API

We have updated the connection with the new CJ's API, if you are connected with your "Personal Access Tokens" (default connection since January) you don't need to do anything !

Otherwise, check this update information, the legacy Commission Junction API will be deprecated the 1th June 2019.

Deals with Rakuten

You can now get Deals (if it's enabled for your account) from Rakuten Marketing by using the API V1 connector.

New HasOffers / Tune networks

We have added new Tune (HasOffers) networks :

• CyberGhost VPN
• Golden Frog
• NordVPN
• TunnelBear
• N26

You can connect them and have access to transactions, revenues, clicks, payments and programs status statistics on Strackr.

If you need to access to other Tune networks, please contact us with the Network ID, thank you.

Duplicate transactions

We have added a new feature to find and clear duplicate transactions from networks, if you find any duplicate transaction please contact us.

New connector for Rakuten

We have added a new connector that will allow your to have programs status for Rakuten.

Deleted transactions

We found out that is possible that some networks or advertisers have the opportunity to delete transactions, in this case we can't update the status of the transaction because they are missing from APIs.

We have updated our code to change the status to decline if a transaction was deleted.

eBay Commerce Network closed

eBay decided to discontinuing eBay Commerce Network the 1st May 2019, the connector is now disabled and data updates will be stopped tomorrow morning.

Important: this is not eBay Partner Network, the program for eBay who still running.
