Click statistics and new connection for Rakuten Marketing

We have updated the "API Transactions" connection that will allow you to have click statistics for Rakuten, you don't have to edit your connection.

We also added a new connection for Rakuten: API Reports, it will allow you to get your affiliate programs status easier and without missing programs, which can happen with the API V1 connection. Please check the documentation for the new connection.

Monitoring views

We have added a new monitoring page to have access to revenues per view (website, channel, etc...) :

User permissions

If you have multiple websites you may already use the Views feature to segment statistics and data, you can now manage permissions for users according to Views : 

User with one or multiple Views will have only access to data from networks connected to Views.

API V3

We have updated the version of the API to the V3, we improved the support of the channels to be able to add new features planned in our roadmap.
To update, you will find more information in the documentation and new method in the API documentation with the comparing tool : 

We also improved the performances and you will have faster responses when you want to retrieve tens of thousands of transactions.

The V2 will be disabled the 2020-08-31.

Metrics: compare period

We have updated the metrics and you can now choose to compare with different periods:

• Yesterday and the previous month (default)
• Previous week and the previous month
• Previous month
• Previous quarter
• Previous year

You can change the default period on your user settings page.

You can now save "Customs" when you want to monitor statistics:

Documentation

If a documentation is available about a feature, you will find a menu on the top right with a direct access to the documentation.

Find networks

We will arrive soon at 100 affiliate networks available on Strackr and it can difficult to find a network in the list, a new search field is available to filter network by keywords.

Closed network/connection

Some networks and connections are closed (Affilinet, eBay Commerce Network, etc...), we've changed the way they're displayed in your network listing.

Check the status of your programs

Because of the current situation, some Advertisers are pausing their affiliate programs and you may not received the notification from the affiliate networks.

You can check on Strackr the status of your programs (Monitoring > Programs status) and disabled your affiliate links if it's in pause.

You also receive by email every day your the status of your programs if there is a change.

API: List of transactions by status change

When you list your transactions, you can now choose to list by status change date by using the time_type parameter : 

In the API you will find a new value, status_updated, when the status change from pending to declined or confirmed, the current date is added.

Performances by country

On the Monitoring > Countries page, you can now display performances statistics (Revshare, EPC, etc...) by country :

We have updated the subscription page, it will be easier to select your plan according to your needs and have direct access to invoices.

For current subscribers, as we have changed payment provider, we will need to update your accounts in the next few weeks, no action is required.
