Update server

This morning, around 8 AM UTC we will upgrade a server, the website and the API will be unavailable during few minutes.

Update: the upgrade is finished.

Data export

You could have Browser problems (slowdown or crash) when you try to export a lot of data like transactions, we updated the export system and you can now export thousands of data without problems.

Due to this change, you only can export in CSV format.

AOV statistics

We added a new statistics in the Dashboard: AOV for Average order value.

You can find AOV on the Performances and Advertisers pages.

New connector for eBay Partner Network

eBay have recently upgraded their dashboard (2019-10-23) and launch a new API. We added a new connector, API 2019, you can now connect and import your data from the deprecated API : 

The deadline is very short, you will have until the 31 October 2019 at midnight to switch to the new connector.

New connector for Adtraction

Adtraction have deprecated the version 1 of there API. The transaction IDs between the version 1 and the version 2 are different so we can't just update the current connector. We have created a new connector for the version, if you already have a connection on Strackr with Adtraction, you will have to create a new connection with the version 2 before the 1st September 2020.

Monitoring customs (subids)

We have added a new monitoring page to have access to statistics by customs (subid, clickref, etc...), fill in your code to display revenues and transactions:
